Due to the nature of our products being digital files, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges of any kind. This also applies if you may have ordered the wrong item at the time of purchase.
For example:
If you ordered our ‘Back in Time’ birthday poster for 1962, and later realized it should have been 1964 instead, there is not much else you can do, but reorder the correct item.
No exchange or refunds will be issued.
It’s easy to shop with us:

- Check out your cart and pay for your purchase(s)
- Visit and log into “My Account” > “My Orders” > “Downloads” to see the download link(s) to your product(s)
- Download the files
- Unzip the folder contents and start using the files
- Recommend us to your friends!
